Six Pack Abs Time Wasters

Thousands of abs gimicks, and work out equipment have swamped the market for people looking for sexier and more defined abs... the sexy abs that everybody wants.
The problem is that most of the abs programs that are recommended online, and in the papers are not always the greatest method to get that sought after look. The most crucial point for a terrific looking abs is losing the extra abdomen fat that is covering them up. To be candid, most people already have decent stomach underneath, yet they are purely covered up by all of that added flabby tummy fat.

As an alternative of spending time on stomach exercises to make your abs more defined and more like six pack abs, you will lose much supplementary body flab by focusing the majority of your training time with special combinations of extreme intensity full-body, multi-joint programs. The best programs for losing that flab are the techniques that work the prime parts of the body at once and then you will realize the abs coming through.
Programs that effect the larger muscle groups of the legs, upper and lower back, and chest bring about the largest metabolic bang for your buck in terms of weight loss. Combining these methods of large multi-joint techniques in peak intensity super-set, tri-set, or circuit approach gives you the largest fat-burning and metabolism boosting result from your training.
This is one of the best kept secrets for defined sexy abs that are really visible as six pack abs!
Now when it comes to abs-specific programs, another gaffe the majority people make is robotically pumping away with thousands of crunches and other meaningless stomach techniques that barely give your stomach much resistance to work against. If you intend to really develop your stomach to the top extent achievable, don't waste your time with techniques that you can do more than 30 reps... That means you are undeniably not doing an work out that provides enough resistance to the stomach. Programs that give you an adequate amount of resistance to get you down into the 10 rep range per set works brilliantly for the stomach.
In the main, superior resistance abs techniques that provide a much superior stimulus to the stomach come in the form of techniques that utilise raising/curling the legs and pelvis either upward or inward closer to the body. A couple of remarkable examples of these superior resistance stomach exercises are hanging leg raises or knee raises using a reverse crunch, or an technique like lying hip thrusts. The same group that can do over 100 situps, can't even complete more than 4 well executed leg raises.
If you really want more defined abs that appear like six pack abs, don't forget that losing that extra abdomen fat is the MOST important thing. In addition, when it comes to abs-specific programs, always remember superior resistance techniques that involve curling/raising the legs and pelvis upward or inward are what develops the stomach to the finest extent possible.
I wish you all best in your quest. I found these techniques as the quickest technique to show my flat abs. I suggest you try it too.

Ab Workouts

I would like to give you guys some better options for boosting your workouts so that they work on your entire body while also working on your six pack. Instead of doing crunches and situps which are normal ab exercises. Do these instead:

I'm going to show you an example of one of the best ab workouts that doesn't use any direct ab exercises at all.

Get more info here: http://getsixpackabsworkouts.com/absworkout/

It's in a 3-set format:

1. Dumbbell Rows
2. Front Squats with Barbell
3. Mountain Climbers on Floor

A good rep scheme to use with this could be 3-4 sets of 8 reps for each exercise, or more sets for less reps, such as 5 sets of 5 reps of each exercise.

Dumbbell rows are done starting in a pushup position with the hands on 2 of them. You then row one dumbbell up while stabilising your body with the other arm. Bring it back to the ground and then switch the rowing arm while stabilising with the opposite arm. This stabilising effect during the rows creates incredible work for your entire core area and you'll feel it in the abs.

Front squats are done similar to back squats, however with the barbell in front of your body on the front of your shoulders instead of resting on the upper back as in back squats. You stabilize the barbell on your shoulders by crossing your arms and pushing your fists into the bar against your shoulders while keeping your elbows out in front of the body.
This takes a little practice at first, so you will want some help at your gym to help you with the technique. Front squats require real stabilization strength from the abs due to the barbell weight being shifted to the front of the body instead of the back. Even though this is mostly a leg exercise, you'll really feel this one in the abs!

Mountain climbers are done by starting in a pushup position and then shuffling your feet in and out so that your knees are moving in under your chest and then back out to starting position. It kind of resembles climbing a mountain but on the floor. If you want an advanced version, you can also shuffle your hands about a foot forward and backward in addition to the leg movements. This really makes it a full body exercise and MUCH more difficult than standard mountain climbers.

After finishing each exercise, rest about 30 seconds before starting the next exercise. Rest about 1-2 minutes after completing each "3-set" before repeating.

This will give you one of the best ab workouts you've ever had without even doing any direct ab exercises. You'll see what I mean after you try it!
